No, we work in partnership with GLSales representatives as well as their design and construction team.
No, you will get the same price when we represent you. GL Homes does not negotiate prices or give discounts for not having a realtor. They understand the benefit of a homeowner having a realtor.
Once we register you at Lotus Edge, you will have to put up a deposit with GL Homes to be entered into the lottery. GL Homes will send out an email to let you know what day it will be, and you will be able to watch the lottery online. We will be present for the lottery to make sure if your number is selected from the lottery, that you get your home. We will be prepared for the lottery so when/if your name is called, we make sure we know what lots and models you prefer.
At this time, GL Homes does not plan to do Quick Delivery Homes. We stay updated on GL Homes’ current inventory and based on your needs, can assist you in selecting a Quick Delivery Home that suits those needs. Note: Promotional discounts offered by G.L. There's no universally 'best lot', but there's definitely the 'right lot for you'. My role is to ensure you're fully informed about all aspects of a lot before you decide. This includes considerations like the lot's orientation, its location within the community, and the views it offers. With my extensive experience, I have the insight to identify key factors in lot selection.
Assistance with Upgrade Choices – I have assisted numerous clients in making smart upgrade decisions. My expertise allows me to advise you on cost-effective options and guide you on which upgrades are best done through GL homes or post-closing.
Regular Updates with Photos and Videos – Acting as your on-site representative, I provide regular updates on the construction of your home. This includes weekly or monthly check-ins, addressing any questions you might have, and supplying photos and videos to keep you connected to the progress of your construction."
